Mr. Lim, Teck Meng (林德明)

aged [40], is our financial controller and is primarily responsible for overseeing the finance and treasury, and internal control procedure of our Group. Mr. Lim has approximately 16 years of experience in accounting and finance. In August 1996, Mr. Lim joined United Fiber System Limited (formerly known as Poh Lian Holdings Ltd), a construction company listed on the Singapore Exchange, as an assistant accountant. Mr. Lim was promoted to the position of finance manager in July 2001, where he was primarily responsible for overseeing the accounts of United Fiber System Limited and its subsidiaries. From December 2002 to July 2003, Mr. Lim worked as a group accountant at Engro Corporation Limited (formerly known as Ssang Yong Cement (S) Ltd), a cement production company listed on the Singapore Exchange. From July 2003 to September 2006, Mr. Lim was the group financial controller of KLW Holdings Limited, a door manufacturing company listed on the Singapore Exchange. From September 2006 to January 2009, Mr. Lim was the chief financial officer Zhenxing International Holdings Pte Ltd, an aluminum manufacturing company in Shanghai. From July 2009 to July 2010, Mr. Lim worked as a financial controller at Addvalue Communications Pte Ltd, and was appointed as the joint company secretary of Addvalue Technologies Ltd in August 2009. From August 2010 to June 2011, Mr. Lim joined GPPV Solar Pte Ltd (江苏格林保尔光伏有限公司) as its financial controller. He joined our Group in June 2011 as its financial controller.

Mr. Lim received a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in 1996. He was admitted as a certified public accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore in 2000.
