Mr. Chong, Teck Sin (张铁沁)

aged [56], was appointed as an independent nonexecutive Director on July 8, 2010. From February 1994 to February 1997, Mr. Chong was the general manager and subsequently the senior general manager of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd (中新苏州工业园区开发有限公司). From March 1997 to February 1999, Mr. Chong worked as the strategic development director of Glaxo Wellcome Asia Pacific Pte Ltd for its operation in the PRC. From April 1999 to May 2004, Mr. Chong was the managing director of Seksun Corporation Ltd., which was subsequently known as Enporis Greenz Limited and delisted from the Singapore Exchange in December 2009. During the periods of April 2004 to March 2010 and October 2008 to July 2010, he acted as a board member of the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore and a board member of the National Kidney Foundation Singapore, respectively. During the periods of September 2007 to February 2012 and November 2007 to June 2011, Mr. Chong was an independent non-executive director of Beyonics Technology Limited and JES International Holdings Limited, respectively, both of which are listed on the Singapore Exchange. From May 2007 to March 2012, Mr. Chong was an independent director of Wanxiang International Limited, which was delisted from the Singapore Stock Exchange in March 2012. Since July 2005, April 2011 and March 2012, Mr. Chong has been an independent non-executive director of Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd. (formerly known as CMA Logistics Co., Ltd.), which is listed on the Stock Exchange, an independent director of AVIC International Investments Limited, which is listed on the Singapore Exchange, and Civmec Limited, which is listed on the Singapore Exchange, respectively.

Mr. Chong received a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Tokyo in 1981 and received a master's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore in 1987.
