Mr. Zhu, Zhongxiao (朱忠孝)

aged [50], is our deputy general manager and is primarily responsible for assisting and deputizing to the chief executive officer of our Company in relation to the coal mining and coal trading operations of our Group. From August 2004 to February 2006, he was the head of the coal production department of Guoping Coal Company (国平煤炭公司). From March 2006 to January 2009, Mr. Zhu was an assistant to the general manager at Guoping Industrial, where he was responsible for managing the production,
logistics and transportation of its coal trading business. From February 2009 to February 2011, Mr. Zhu was the deputy general manager of Guoping Industrial. Since February 2010, he has joined our Group as the general manager of Heijin Industrial and the assistant to the chief executive officer of our Company.

Mr. Zhu received a college diploma in Marketing from The Sichuan Chief Financial and Commercial Management Institute (四川行政财贸管理干部学院) in 1996.
