Mr. Chen, Shaokui (陈绍奎)

aged [48], is our chief financial officer and is primarily responsible for overseeing the finance and treasury of our Group. From December 1979 to September 1989, Mr. Chen worked as an accountant in an [agricultural production company] in Pinggao Town, Fengjie County of the PRC. From October 1989 to May 1999, he worked in the finance department of [a tobacco company] in the Fengjie County as the chief accountant. From June 1999 to December 2001, Mr. Chen worked as a manager at Fengjie County Jinye Company (奉节县金叶公司) and an executive director at Fengjie Jinhua Trading Company (奉节金华商贸公司). From January 2002 to February 2011, Mr. Chen worked in the finance department of Guoping Industrial as a financial controller. In February 2010, he joined our Group as the financial controller of Heijin Industrial. Mr. Chen was promoted to the position of chief financial officer of our Company in February 2011.

Mr. Chen received a college diploma in Economic Management from the Chongqing Municipal Party College (中共重庆市委党校函授学院) in 2003.
